How are the ‘Top 10’ determined?

For each category (e.g. Communication, Management or HR) a list of our Top 10 education providers is composed. This Top 10 list is determined by taking the following things into account:

• The number of reviews a provider has in that particular category.
• The average ratings of those reviews.

A provider with high ratings but a relatively low number of reviews will fare worse on the ‘Top 10’ compared to a provider with more reviews but lower ratings. Moreover, if a provider has multiple training offerings then their overall average rating will not affect the ‘Top 10’ of a specific training programme when compared to other training programmes in a specific subject category.

By differentiating the Top 10 lists according to categories, we hope to give our visitors a first impression of the programmes' quality within each category.
